Wedding planner contract templatefor planners and coordinators.

For wedding planners, coordinators and on-the-day managers in the UK.

A wedding planner contract should define exactly which services you provide, your fee and when it is paid, how other suppliers are booked and paid, the deposit, and what happens if you are ill. This wedding planner contract template covers those, with a wedding day timeline and contact sheet.

Wedding Planner contract questions.

What should a wedding planner contract include?

The services included and excluded, meetings and contact hours, your fee and payment dates, who books and pays other suppliers, the deposit, what happens if you cannot attend, and cancellation and postponement terms.

Is a wedding coordinator contract different?

A coordinator usually covers the final weeks and the day itself rather than full planning. Use the services section to set exactly which you are providing, so the couple know what is and is not included.

Does the pack include a wedding day timeline?

Yes, in the Pro pack: a Wedding Day Timeline and Contact Sheet listing each time, event, location and responsible supplier, with every supplier's contact details.
